suggest the need to break confidentiality, and this would be discussed thoroughly with you beforehand. I can work
closely with physicians, families and loved ones as needed, but only with your permission.

I use principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). You may have heard about CBT but if you haven't, let me explain. CBT is the process of identifying and modifying irrational or unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours so you can free your mind to make positive changes in your mood and your perception of self.
When you're able to break down the negative barriers in your life it can make amazing strides toward your ability to cope positively with various events and people around you.
My methodology is Evidence Based Medicine (ie- there is substantial scientific research behind my methods). I do not prescribe medication.
