Here is a new multilingual film 'Check Yourself' produced right here in the Middle East (some of it is filmed at the Well Woman Clinic, and some of the women are 'Brest Friends'!). It is a film to motivate women in the Middle East to start thinking about the highly sensitive and taboo subject of breast cancer. It contains a series of captivating stories of hope, pain, and healing- stories that are deeply personal tributes to health and longevity. Check Yourself Video





Here is another film called 'Healing and Hope' produced here in the UAE. The documentary tackles some of the identified causes for fear, stigma and misconceptions regarding breast cancer; the effects of cancer being not only on the patients, but also on their families and others in their immediate social network.
